MP Safe recipes
The recipes on this page are designed for use by people who are on the Marshall Protocol , a treatment for TH1 disease. They are designed to be low in Vitamin D if made with the recommended ingredients.
Proper selection of ingredients is vital. Always read the labels to check for hidden additions! MSG, Vitamin D, Folic acid and yellow dye #5 are all to be avoided.
Remember that if the product did not specifically add the Vitamin D during manufacture, they may not list it as being there. Example: If fortified milk is used in the production of a product, then in a legal sense "D" was not "added" to the food. So be advised! D is hidden in many places
